2. Purpose: Primarily for haemostatic bandaging of limb wounds, including venous and arterial punctures, and post-traumatic wound haemostasis. The reusable, easily releasable strap may also be employed independently to secure traditional dressings, bandages, orthopaedic materials, etc.

3. For use, connect the medical dressing and dressing carrier to the strap, positioning the dressing on the side of the strap without the trademark lettering. Secure the assembly over the wound site. During tightening, take care to avoid pinching the skin (inserting a cotton swab or similar between the strap connection and skin prevents skin pinching).

4. For haemostatic bandaging after venous puncture, do not tighten excessively; the skin should show only slight indentation. For haemostatic bandaging after arterial puncture, employ haemostatic dressings and dedicated dressing carriers (convex plates), pulling the strap taut with force.

5. For children, the elderly, and patients, operation and use should be performed by medical personnel, or by guardians and professionals knowledgeable about this product's usage and possessing relevant operational skills.

6. For emergency use on severe outdoor injuries, apply the haemostatic dressing with the dedicated dressing carrier (protruding piece), tighten the strap firmly, and monitor the wound for bleeding. If bleeding persists, further tighten the strap and apply an additional tourniquet proximally to the wound until bleeding ceases completely.
